Announcing Our 2025 Gender Pay Gap Results

At Mallon, we are committed to building a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. As part of that commitment, we are pleased to share the findings of our 2025 Gender Pay Gap report, our first formal submission under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.

This milestone reflects both transparency and our long–standing belief that fairness, inclusion and equal opportunity are essential to a thriving organisation.

Our 2025 Results at a Glance

  • Median hourly pay gap:+1.08% (slightly in favour of men)
  • Mean hourly pay gap: –5.66% (in favour of women)
  • Balanced pay quartiles across all levels of our organisation
  • Benefits–in–Kind eligibility and uptake monitored for fairness

Our results show strong gender balance across the business, with women slightly more represented in our highest–paid roles, contributing to a mean gap in favour of women. Our median gap remains close to neutral, indicating that typical pay levels for men and women are broadly aligned.

While these findings are encouraging, we recognise this is just the beginning. We are committed to ongoing evaluation and improvement to ensure fairness remains embedded in every part of our organisation.

What We Are Doing to Strengthen Pay Equity

To ensure we continue to close any gaps and maintain a fair and inclusive workplace, we have established a series of ongoing actions, including:

  • Annual pay governance checks to ensure consistency in hiring, progression and role–based allowances
  • Structured hiring and promotion processes to minimise bias
  • Tracking gender representation across teams, grades and key skill areas
  • Equal access to training, development and progression opportunities
  • Support for flexible working options for employees

These measures will help us remain accountable and maintain transparency as our business grows.

Our Commitment

We are proud to have established a strong baseline in our first Gender Pay Gap report, and we remain committed to fostering a fair, inclusive and high–performing workplace where everyone has equal opportunity to grow and succeed.
