Accounts & Payroll Assistant
We are seeking a detail–oriented Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join our Cookstown office team, reporting to the Finance & Administration Team Leader. You will support day–to–day finance operations, assist with payroll, and handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality. This role is key to keeping the business compliant, financially secure, and on top of its financial commitments.

Requirements
- Qualification in Accounts/Finance (or a related field) or two years experience in a similar role
- Experience using Sage accounts/payroll
- Experience in an accounts/finance/admin role, with exposure to invoicing, reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, traceable approach to record–keeping
- Confidence working with numbers, deadlines, and confidential data
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and familiarity with finance/payroll systems
Desirable
- Experience working to strict processes (audit trails, internal controls, compliance procedures)
- Experience supporting month–end tasks (reconciliations, reporting support)
- Experience with ISO standards
