Premier League 2016/17 Fixtures Map

Today is the day that football fans around the country have been waiting for as the Premier League Fixtures are announced for the 2016/17 season! Much has changed this season with the Premier League getting a new look, clubs moving or renovating grounds, new Friday night matches and new faces being brought in, which is why we are here to help fans navigate their way through the full list of fixtures.

Ahead of the new Premier League season, we have created a special interactive map detailing the fixtures for all 20 teams, as Leicester City seek to defend the title they won in such style last season. That win will have given many teams hope that they too can pull of a shock of their own and our map will help fans identify all the key dates and fixtures for the upcoming season. Simply click on your clubs badge and view the up coming schedule for the season ahead.

With Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United all starting the season with new managers, much interest will be on the fixtures between the three teams and especially the rekindling of the Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola rivalry. The first big clash of the season between the three will come early in the season, when Man United welcome Man City on 10th September before Chelsea and Man United play on 22nd October.

Our map has also thrown up some interesting statistics ahead of the season opening, with Sunderland and Bournemouth fans facing a 580 mile round trip to watch their teams play each other on 5th November and 29th April. Whilst Sunderland and Bournemouth fans will both be making preparations for their long journeys, Liverpool and Everton fans will be relishing derby day on 17th December and 1st April with the shortest journey between clubs in the Premier League of just 0.6 miles.

Roll on 13th/14th August and the start of the new Premier League season!
