Great Irish Bake Sale in aid of Temple Street Hospital

For the third year in a row staff from Dublin, working in Agriculture House, participated in the Great Irish Bake Sale in aid of Temple Street Children’s Hospital. This year an impressive 16 bakers produced treats for sale which included many mouth watering delights including cinnamon swirls, gingerbread men, oreo surprises, scones, focaccia bread, cakes, buns, biscuits and brownies along with fudge and truffle delights.

Many new and familiar faces were attracted to the stall, from within Agriculture House, this year and from the pictures below you can see why. Thanks to the efforts of all the bakers a huge €645 was raised on the day with a sizeable portion of that amount being donated from Mallon Technology’s own staff. A huge congratulation must be given to all those bakers who put in a tremendous effort and returned an amazing result on the day as well as all those who purchased cakes, buns, biscuits or treats. All the money raised is being donated straight to Temple Street Children’s Hospital to facilitate in the purchase of special incubators for newborn babies.
