Mallon Technology has been awarded a prestigious tender by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. NIHE, Northern Ireland’s sole comprehensive housing authority, manages approximately 90,000 publicly owned dwellings.
We are currently contracted to process land transaction updates to the NIHE GIS land terrier system, a geographic information system that contains all data relating to their land/buildings holdings. The project involves the scanning of files, data entry of associated attributes, geo–referencing of scanned maps and the digitisation of site boundaries.
Due to the highly confidential nature of the data involved, Mallon Technology has also facilitated regular document collections and deliveries to and from NIHE regional offices using our own company transport and personnel.
