Mallon’s 2025 Gender Pay Gap: Early Insights and Ongoing Commitment

In line with the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, we are pleased to share Mallon Technology’s early insights into our 2025 Gender Pay Gap data.

Between January and May 2025, our figures show a consistent negative mean gender pay gap, ranging from –13.11% in January to –5.38% in May. In practical terms, this means that, on average, women at Mallon Technology earned more than men during this period. This reflects the strong representation of women in higher–paid positions — a direct result of our focus on inclusive recruitment, transparent career progression, and fair pay practices.

While these results are encouraging, we recognise that true gender equity is not merely about closing the gap. Our goal is to achieve balanced representation at every level of the organisation. We remain firmly committed to ensuring that all employees, regardless of gender, have equal access to opportunities for growth, development, and leadership.

To support this, we have introduced a range of targeted initiatives, including:

  • Standardised performance reviews to minimise bias and ensure fairness in evaluations
  • Expanded leadership development opportunities to help all employees reach their full potential

We have already seen positive impacts from these changes, with gradual movement toward a more balanced pay gap. However, we recognise that lasting equity requires ongoing effort and accountability.

This update marks just the beginning of our 2025 journey. We remain dedicated to transparency and will publish a comprehensive Gender Pay Gap Report at the end of the year. Our commitment is to continue driving meaningful progress and to create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
