Mallon has passed a new company milestone with over 100 individuals directly employed by the company across the island of Ireland.
Our workforce has been steadily growing over the past few years, and we are delighted to welcome many new faces to the company to complement our existing and experienced colleagues. All areas of the company have seen growth with every department adding new colleagues to their teams.
Ever since the global pandemic in 2020 changed life for everyone, Mallon has operated a hybrid working policy. This policy has allowed colleagues to work in a manner that suits their own arrangements. Across the company, colleagues can work remotely, in the office or a mixture of both. The policy has been a popular addition and has seen the company continue to grow despite the drastic change in working life since 2020.
While managing teams spread across various locations, both in an office and remotely, can be challenging, Mallon continues to encourage strong interaction throughout our different teams. Recently we have facilitated lunches for our teams across our various locations, providing an opportunity for colleagues to meet and strengthen those team bonds. These have been in addition to our regular ‘fun Friday’ activities that are available to all our colleagues and other team–building games and competitions.
