Mallon Technology staff in Dublin have once again come together to host and organise their Great Irish Bake Sale in aid of Temple Street Children’s Hospital.
The Great Irish Bake Sale has become an annual tradition for our colleagues in Dublin, having taken part for the past 8 years. Once again, all our colleagues outdid themselves by putting on a fantastic display of their baking skills that would be enough to win any baking contest and left mouths watering throughout the office.
Everyone who attended the sale this year were treated to a delightful range of goodies that included; lemon drizzle cake, breakfast muffins, brownies, cookies, gingerbread men, tea brack, Rice Krispie squares, scones, rocky road, red velvet cake, traditional polish cheesecake and gluten & dairy free lime flavoured tray bakes.
Tracey Connolly who was instrumental in organising the bake sale praised all those who gave up time on their weekend to bake, saying “thanks to their generous efforts we were able to host a really successful event, raising a fantastic €475 for Temple Street Children’s Hospital”. A huge thank you must also be given to those who purchased any cakes, buns, biscuits or treats on the day, which included staff working in different departments as well as Mallon Technology colleagues.
