Taking place in the heart of Belfast in the historic City Hall, the AGI–NI annual conference is the leading event for GI professionals in Northern Ireland. Following a break in 2018, this year’s event promises to have an exciting buzz and atmosphere around it as the country’s principal GI users, specialist and experts descend on Belfast.
The theme for the conference focuses on the future for the industry and specifically ‘Geospatial innovation in a dynamic world’. This aims to explore the use of GI to overcome the new challenges we face whilst presenting a public benefit.

At the conference this year, we will be exhibiting our experience helping local governments to better understand their geographic information. Having worked alongside local governments and their departments for over 2 decades we will be showcasing how our GIS and Remote Sensing services have been used to improve performance, drive efficiencies and transform services.
