Mallon Technology staff in Dublin have once again come together to host and organise their annual Great Irish Bake Sale in aid of Temple Street Children’s Hospital.
Once again, the team put on a fantastic display of their baking skills to produce a wide array of goods and treats that left mouths watering through the entire office. Some of the treats on display this year included rainbow cake, brownies, banana bread, rice krispie treat and cookies to name just a selection.
A massive thank you must be given to all the bakers who generously gave up part of their weekend to help bake some of the fantastic treats on offer. All their efforts were well rewarded as the team managed to raise an amazing €430.12. A huge thank you must also be given to those who purchased any cakes, buns, biscuits or treats on the day. It was great to see so many staff getting involved in what turned out to be an extremely successful event.
