Mayo County Fire Service have upgraded from their legacy Diamond Fire system to Diamond Fire Web, the ultimate premises based tracking and reporting solution for Fire and Building Control Authorities in Ireland. Designed exclusively for the Irish market, Diamond Fire Web will help to deliver real–time benefits to Mayo County Fire Service.
Diamond Fire Web provides Mayo with a significantly enhanced system that surpasses the capabilities and functionalities of their legacy software. The web based solution introduces workflow driven processes that help to ensure compliance with all legislative requirements whilst improving data entry and reducing input errors. Supporting remote connectivity, Diamond Fire Web provides users with native working, whether in in the office or in the field, from any laptop or browser accessible device.
Mayo County Fire Service will also be joining the expanding list of local authorities to benefit from the advanced mapping functionality of Azimap that has been integrated within Diamond Fire Web. Azimap will allow Mayo to manage and analyse premises information through a map based interface, enabling the easy identification of trends and patterns in their data. This can be used to help plan targeted fire prevention or inspection activity.
