Donegal Fire Service are upgrading to Diamond Fire Web from their legacy Diamond Fire system. Designed with the end–user at its heart and integrated with new advanced features, Diamond Fire Web will deliver significant benefits to their operations over their legacy system.
The web–based solution of Diamond Fire Web provides users with native mobile working, meaning that the system is now accessible wherever they are working via any device with access to an internet browser. With the introduction of workflow driven processes, Donegal Fire Service will be able to improve the entry of data, reduce input errors and ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
Donegal Fire Service will also be joining the expanding list of local authorities to benefit from the advanced mapping functionality of Azimap which is integrated within Diamond Fire Web. Azimap enables Donegal Fire Service to view, manage and analyse their premises information in a map interface. This can help them to plan targeted fire prevention or inspection activities in relevant areas based on patterns or trends easily identified in their data.
