Designed with the end–user at its heart and integrated with new advanced features, Diamond Fire Web will help to deliver real–time benefits to Galway Fire & Rescue Service.
Diamond Fire Web provides Galway Fire & Rescue Service with a significantly enhanced system that surpasses the capabilities and functionalities of their legacy software. The web–based solution introduces workflow driven processes, helping to improve the entry of data, reducing input errors whilst ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements. Remote connectivity, provides users with native mobile working whether in the office or in the field from any laptop or browser based device.
Galway Fire & Rescue Service also join the expanding list of local authorities to benefit from the advanced mapping functionality of Azimap that has been integrated within Diamond Fire Web. Managing and analysing premises information through a map–based interface will now enable Galway to easily identify trends and patterns within their data and to help plan targeted fire prevention or inspection activities in relevant areas.
