Mallon Technology staff in Dublin have once again come together to host and organise their annual Great Irish Bake in aid of Temple Street Children’s Hospital, who provide world class care to Ireland’s sickest children.
The team put on an excellent display of baked goods as always this year, which left mouths watering throughout the office. The goodies on offer this year included gingerbread men, lemon cake, brownies, chocolate biscuit cake, chocolate banana cake, butterfly buns, rice krispie treats and some tempting homemade donuts.
A massive thank you to all the bakers who generously gave up part of their weekend to help bake some of the fantastic treats on offer. Their efforts were fully rewarded as the team managed to raise a fantastic €301. A huge thank you must also be given to those who purchased any cakes, buns, biscuits or treats on the day. It was great to see so many staff getting involved in what turned out to be an extremely successful charity event.
