Yesterday saw us attend IRLOGI’s, 21st annual GIS Ireland conference and was once again the highlight of the GI calendar in Ireland.
The turnout for this year’s event was exceptional and showcased the strength in depth of talent, ideas and businesses within the GI industry across Ireland. In attendance were some of the most influential and innovative GI professionals in Ireland working across the public, private and academic sectors. The conference was a fantastic opportunity to network with and learn from our peers and other organisations in the GI industry thanks to the large exhibition space and fantastic range of presentations on a host of GI reltaed topics.
This year, Mallon Technology were represented by a large team who were on hand on our conference stand to take questions about our range of GIS services and provide demonstrations of Azimap. We were also active participants in the conference this year as our Head of Product & Business Development, Eric Hardiman took to the stage to chair the morning’s panel discussion on the business and job trends in the GeoSpatial sector and David McQuillan our Services Manager delivered an afternoon presentation on how Azimap has been used to improve the efficiencies of a public sector organisation.
