Installing a New Generation of Scanners

Document scanners have come so far in recent years, with image quality and speed improving fantastically. I was onsite with the Geological Survey of Ireland recently replacing their 10-year old model with a Colortrac SmartLF Gx+ 42 scanner and providing them with training on it. The team there were amazed at how much quicker the new scanner was. It’ll certainly make their job quicker and easier.
There is a whole new generation of high-speed scanning technology out there that businesses are missing out on. I think a barrier for many is the initial outlay but it could quickly pay for itself with increased productivity, image quality and functionality, and decreased downtime.
