We are currently capturing some 1,500 premises files for Limerick City Fire and Rescue. Each file consists of a number of sub files such as fire certificate, license, general, misc, etc. Our skilled technicians capture each sub file using a number of specified index types. These files are then exported as PDF and imported into the document management module of the ‘Diamond Fire’ software.
Benefits
The project facilitates instant and remote access to documentation, for multiple users to access the same document simultaneously and the creation of a disaster recovery back up. It also allows for increased office space due to hard copy storage.
