Mallon Technology was contracted to provide a complete archiving package for Fermanagh District Council including collection and return of Building Control Records, scanning of all documentation incorporating stringent quality control procedures and uploading the scanned documents to Wizard system. In total 4,500 documents ranging in size from A4 to A2 were captured.
Benefits
Creating a digital copy of their files gave the council a backup of these important files, freed up office space and gave their staff the power to search for data at the touch of a button.
