In 2004 Mallon Technology developed and installed a GIS public safety and administration system for Limerick County Fire & Rescue Service. Since then we have carried out a number of other services for the fire and rescue service including large volume scanning and data capture.
Benefits
The administration system automates processes in the council, standardising procedures and making them more efficient. The system also has the ability to generate reports and statistics to aid decision making. Creating a digital copy of their files gives the fire service a backup of these important files, frees up office space and gives their staff the power to search for documents at the touch of a button.
