In 2002, Mallon Technology won the contract to manage the integration of the existing Forest Service paper-based map system into the Integrated Administration Control System (IACS) farm payments system. This project involved the scanning and printing of 20,000 maps and the data capture of associated information to a database. To date, the scope of the migration is in excess of 25,000 forest parcel polygons.
