Mallon Technology was commissioned in conjunction with Mentor to assist in the development of a rural transportation report on behalf of the County Development Boards of the Border regions comprising of counties Cavan, Donegal, Leitrim, Louth, Monaghan and Sligo. Additional information was captured for the public service transportation routes a well as the associated statistical data. In total 48 maps and digital data were presented for each of the 6 border counties.
Benefits
We developed GIS reports from base data to demonstrate socio-economic statistics relating to transport access for the six border counties which facilitated informed decision making for the organisation.
